Pickup was great! Our driver Adi was super friendly and accommodating, and we could have great conversations with him. He rounded off the experience for us, and we felt very comfortable with him. From the moment we headed to the boats, it became a bit impersonal 😅. Originally, a German guide was booked by us. However, we didn't see one. Nevertheless, the tour was very pleasant. There were 7 of us on the boat, and there weren't many people in the bays at our time either. At the first spot, the water became quite murky after a short time. We therefore left early for the 2nd one, and everything there was very clear with many fish, and we were able to spend a longer time there. Snorkeling was done in small groups from the boats, so there was no huge mess. All in all, it was a successful excursion.

We spent four days with Bagus and we had a really great time. We already had in mind the main things we wanted to see and he accompanied us to all the stops with a very comfortable minibus for our group of 10 people. He was always available, flexible, and ready to adapt the schedule to our needs.One of the things we appreciated most was his knowledge of Italian: he speaks it almost perfectly! This allowed us to chat easily during the trips and to ask him many questions about Bali, local traditions, and daily life on the island.The advice we feel like giving is to discuss the itinerary with him before each day to define it well. In Bali, traffic can be truly unpredictable and just stopping a little longer for a visit or for lunch is enough for the times to change completely. Having a fairly clear schedule helps to make the most of the day.Overall, it was a very positive experience that we recommend without hesitation. If you are looking for a guide who speaks Italian and a comfortable, relaxed, and reliable way to visit Bali, Bagus is definitely the right person.

An Italian guide… in Bali!We had a really great time with Bagus Sunarta. The thing that struck us immediately was his Italian: he speaks it almost perfectly and this made everything much simpler and more pleasant, especially for those who are not used to speaking English.He accompanied us to the various locations we had chosen using very comfortable vehicles, allowing us to move around in complete tranquility and without worrying about anything. Bagus was always available and followed us throughout the day with great kindness.Our advice, to make the most of the day, is to schedule all the stops with him in advance and try to plan the times as much as possible as well. In Bali, traffic is truly incredible and time management can be complicated: it is enough to go slightly over time on a visit or a lunch for travel times to lengthen significantly.Precisely for this reason, relying on a local person like Bagus, who knows Bali and its rhythms well, is certainly a great advantage. Experience absolutely recommended!

My husband and I booked this for our first full day in Bali, and it was a great experience. Wila was our guide who picked us up in a private car in the morning and he filled our day with information and fun! He was very knowledgeable about Bali history and culture and made sure we were comfortable all day. The ATV ride was really fun and I’m glad that we had booked to each ride our own because this was meant to be an adventure and not just a nice ride in the country. It was a unique experience and believe everyone when they say you WILL get muddy! The monkey forest was also special and in addition to monkeys, we were able to see an offering ceremony at the temple in the forest.

Dewa took great care of us through the nicely well paced, interesting and entertaining itinerary to through Ubud. Thank you so much!

An action packed tour with many of the famous sights covered in one day. Our driver, Putu, was fantastic, he told us interesting facts, made sure we saw everything we wanted to and had enough time at each place. He really took care of us and made sure my son (9 yr old) was safe crossing the roads. My son loved the tour too, especially the monkeys and swimming in the waterfall.

I highly recommend this tour, and especially so if you are fortunate to have Dewa Canang as your guide! He truly made the experience special for me and my family! He arrived at our villa on time (even a bit early) and his positive and wonderful personality was obvious from the first moment as he greeted us! He accommodated all our requests, answered all of our questions, engaged us with great conversations throughout, gave great us advise about how to see the temples, accompanied us and saved us from having our items stolen by naughty monkeys, took photos for us, brought us to a great coffee plantation, and then to a nice restaurant for lunch. He later brought back to our villa at the time we had requested, despite unpredictable traffic. It truly was a perfect experience! Certainly a bargain for the price being charged. Keep in mind for the cheap tour you will pay your own entrance into the temples and activities, and buy your own lunch. It’s still a great day for a low cost, and please don’t forget to tip your guide!

We had an amazing day with Bagus exploring Bali. For us Uluwatu Temple was the stand out part of the day and Bagus allowed us as much time as we wanted to enjoy the Temple and the views. He shared his love for his home with us and it was a truly humbling experience

The experience in Bali was made unforgettable not only by the numerous and wonderful things to see in the country but also thanks to Bagus who was our point of reference for several days. We visited rice paddies, climbed Mount Batur to see the sunrise, we saw waterfalls, sacred places, typical dances.. Bagus was available for all our last-minute changes, and to rephrase tours without ever leaving us disappointed, and for requests to visit the various places we wanted to see. It was a stupendous experience; Bagus and his colleague, our guides who speak perfect Italian, suggested and accompanied us on wonderful itineraries. They helped us discover places that we would have had a hard time finding on our own, but the aspect that struck me most was their willingness to share with us the culture, values, and lifestyle in Bali, thus allowing us to understand many aspects of the culture of this extraordinary island. The days spent with Bagus gave us the opportunity to answer many of the questions we asked ourselves while exploring the island on our own in other areas. Had a wonderful time going to monkey Park then to ATV tours with Adi as our guide. He showed us where to take pictures and showed us the first Bali swing and told us about the markets we drove past. Very professional and friendly tour guide! The ATV ride was my husbands and I favorite part of our stay in Ubud!
