We begin our adventure bright and early, picking you up from your accommodation and heading to the base to begin our Mount Batur tour. You’ll be in the best hands thanks to our experienced Balinese trekking guide who knows the terrain inside out. He’ll take you the quickest and safest route to the top where you’ll enjoy the sunrise with a tasty breakfast and warming beverage.After learning about the thermal properties of Mount Batur volcano and exploring the deep craters and natural formations up top, we’ll begin the journey down. As it will be daylight by this time, you’ll get to admire views that were previously eclipsed including eerie charred landscapes of black sand and lava streams, as well as the legendary Mount Agung towering across the valley.
